If a cancellation request is made within this period, a full refund will be processed. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the order will already be processed for dispatch. We encourage customers to carefully review their purchase before finalizing the order.
At HOMA, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our atta chakki and its commitment to hygiene and performance, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
However, HOMA offers a 24-hour cancellation window for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as the order is processed for dispatch. Refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
